February 2024

Amazing !! It is already the second month of the new year. Indeed, the time is short.

We are focusing on what God has in store for us as Missionaries and the entire T4T team in the Region of Southern Africa and beyond. We solely depend upon the Lord as the source of life to accomplish His will as we serve together with you in partnering with us through prayers and support.

Acts 17:28 For in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said,
‘For we are also His offspring'

Focused itinerary for the next 6 months -- God willing:
T4T team held training in Lesotho in January and Benoni and Umlazi in Durban South Africa in February.

Partnering with Dr. Onias Tapera, T4T is invited to train about 60 to 100 church leaders on T4T in Karongwe District in Tanzania. I have been invited to a Bible distribution conference for 8 days in Arusha Tanzania in early March. I plan to combine the Tanzania Ministry activities.

End of March to early April, will go to South Africa for awhile, focusing on T4T in Kathlehong area.

There is proposed T4T training in Maputo in May, then will go back to Zimbabwe. There is Bible week in Botswana with Victor in May as well.

Nancy and I will be getting ready for the USA Mission short term to arrive in Johannesburg for Ministry in South Africa and Botswana.

While all these are taking place communication for T4T initial training in Madagascar is going on. Dates to be finalized in the year. Printing of the T4T Material will be always in progress. Please note adjustments will be done as we fine tune the itinerary.

The First Missionary Journey to Lesotho in January 2024 - T4T Training

One of the trainees in Lesotho said “I came to the training expecting how to guide the children and teach them, as most of the cases we children’s teachers just volunteer for the love of the children without a know how to really teach them. Having learned so much especially on reaching the children in a child-friendly way I will make a lot of impact to my church”.
Mrs Mmamarake Komanyane is responsible for over 230 children at her local community. She said “I am so thankful and excited about this training because all my weakness is turned into strength. One of my weaknesses was of teaching children alone but from the training, I am going to recruit others and train them to serve in children’s ministry with me”. Multiplication and replication are something that we always desire to see for the benefit of the children.

The Second Missionary Journey to Benoni- South Africa in February 2024 -T4T Training

Thato Kweete said, “I learnt so much on the importance of children in the Kingdom of God where a child is a person hence, I took it upon myself as the team leader to make sure that we are concentrating on the children discipling them for the Lord Jesus Christ from the previous T4T training”.
