T4T Second Edition is Progressing Very Well

T4T second edition is progressing very well though it needs much concentration and is very time consuming.
The training manual is almost complete.
The children's lessons are progressing very well with the team working on it globally and remotely.
We hope and pray that soon or later the material will be ready to be widely used and will benefit children across cultures.

4th Missionary Journey - SIM Regional Prayer and Fellowship

We joined missionary colleagues at SIM Regional Prayer and Fellowship time in Alberton - Johannesburg. Time together was very fruitful and encouraging as we prayed for one another, shared about our ministries and fellowshipped together.

5th Missionary Journey - Kariba Training

In combination with CWO (Christian World Outreach) leadership and T4T training. Indeed, it was very encouraging to share T4T Vision and to train leaders that were present to reach the children and see them as a critical ministry within their denominations and local churches. There was a great confession that most of them havenever seen children as important as T4T challenged them to. Culturally children are seen in a way that makes them less involved and less important than adults. However, T4T brings in a dimension and perception that "Children are important in the Kingdom of God" as per Matthew 18:1-14, etc. Indeed it was an eye opening vision for many of the leaders gathered. They resolved to organize a full-fledged T4T training. We are praying that it will come to pass. Only two pastors out of 16 testified of the goodness of God by a meaningful ministry to the children.

Afternoon:

  • Group work and preparation

  • Practical presentations by participants

  • Evaluation and feedback

  • Certificate distribution and closing

Challenges Encountered

  • Limited training time (need more time not at night)

  • Transportation difficulties for some participants

Saturday Sessions

Morning:

  • Welcome and meditation

  • Teaching on lesson presentation

  • Heart of leader

  • Child psychology

  • The Gospel Hand

  • Counseling Children

Conclusion

The Anosimanjaka training was a meaningful and encouraging experience for both participants and trainers. It strengthened the commitment of local teachers to children’s ministry and laid an important foundation for future T4T activities in Madagascar.

Outcomes / Results

The training produced several positive outcomes:

  • Participants gained a better understanding of children’s ministry

  • Teachers learned practical evangelism method

  • Participants actively engaged in group presentations.

  • Many expressed willingness to strengthen children’s clubs in their churches.

Future Perspectives

Following this training:

  • Participants are expected to apply the lessons learned in their local churches.

  • Follow-up coaching and mentoring will be organized.

  • Additional T4T trainings are planned in other regions.

  • Preparation for the Moramanga club launch and Ambatondrazaka advanced training will continue.
